    Brittany Evans

    CEO, MA, BCBA, COBA

    Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and a Master’s of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has 13 years of experience working with individuals with a variety of special needs. Over the last 10 years she has been a BCBA specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders. 

    Although she’s a native of Western Texas, she is now an independent BCBA providing ABA therapy to families and children in central Ohio. She is passionate about providing the highest level of therapy to her clients and passionate about her company, Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy. We’re confident you’ll see a difference in the quality of therapy provided by Lotus and we look forward to speaking to you about providing exceptional individualized therapy to your child!

    Michael Evans

    COO, BA

    Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University and brings with him a distinguished background in federal law enforcement that began in 2007. After a successful career culminating in his role as a Special Agent, Michael made a bold and purposeful shift in 2021, transitioning from federal service to the world of healthcare leadership.

    Today, he serves as the Managing Director of Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy, where his mission-driven mindset and strategic leadership guide the organization’s continued growth and impact. While proud of his accomplishments in public service, Michael finds deeper fulfillment in helping children and families thrive through the life-changing work being done at Lotus.

    Alexis Clark

    Clinical Director, M.Ed., BCBA, COBA

    A central Ohio native, Alexis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Master's of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her journey as a Registered Behavior Technician near Toledo for three years before returning to her hometown of London, Ohio. Her number one goal is to deliver compassionate care and create a positive experience for all her clients and their families. Outside of work, Alexis loves going on walks with her dog, paddleboarding on the lake, and traveling to new places with her husband.

    Tiffany Waltz

    MA, BCBA, COBA

    Tiffany Waltz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 17 years of experience in ABA and Autism. She has received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s of Arts degree in ABA. Tiffany was introduced to ABA while working as a Behavior Technician. Tiffany has also been the Director of two Autism Centers. During the course of her career, she’s had the opportunity to work with a wide range of ages, as well as professionals in the field of education and ABA. Tiffany prides herself on always learning something new to better herself as a Behavior Analyst and providing helpful insights into the different needs of children. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family out on the farm, as well as with her cat Jazsper.

    Yeling "Yey" Zeng

    MA, BCBA, COBA

    Yey is a BCBA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience and a Master's of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working as an RBT for the past 3 years in the Columbus area, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She aspires to be a proficient and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst while providing excellent services to individuals of various ages with developmental disabilities. During her free time, she enjoys playing with her cats, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new activities!

    Kathryn "Kat" Diana

    PMC, MSP, BCBA

    Kat is a BCBA with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, a Master's in sports psychology, and a Post-Master's certificate in applied behavior analysis. She is also getting a PhD in Couples and Family Therapy. Kat started her journey as a Student Analyst with Lotus and we’re excited to have her as our newest BCBA. Kat has four years of experience working with individuals with autism. In her free time, she loves watching sports, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family.

    Daniel Baker

    BA, GC, BCaBA, CT

    Daniel grew up in Petaluma, California. He moved to Ohio for his undergraduate studies at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Philosophy. He has also received his Master’s Certificate in ABA from Ball State University. Daniel is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. His long-term goals are to receive his LPC licensure and BCBA certification following graduation and then work as a counselor and BCBA for children, teens, and young adults who have been diagnosed with behavioral health disorders. When not working, Daniel enjoys going on road trips, listening to live music, and playing with his dog.

    Stephanie Kauff

    BS, Lead RBT

    Stephanie grew up in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a minor in Neuroscience, and a focus in 3D art. She began working with children with developmental disabilities in high school as a volunteer teaching aid, and her career has been centered around advocacy and inclusion ever since. She plans on continuing her education in the near future. When she is not working, you'll find her doing art or out in nature.

    Olivia Long

    BA, RBT

    Olivia is a Registered Behavior Technician from Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Science and Medicine from the University of Chicago. For the past two years, she has worked in the Columbus area specializing in early intervention, where she finds joy in helping children and their families reach their goals and fullest potential. Olivia is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University and is on track to graduate in the summer of 2026. Her long-term goal is to become a BCBA and continue providing high-quality, compassionate care to the clients she serves. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends.

    Maddie Jennings

    RBT

    Maddie was born and raised in Ohio. She is currently a student at the Ohio State University for psychology and neuroscience. She wants to pursue a doctorate of psychology after finishing her undergraduate education! She has always had a passion for working with children and hopes to become a pediatric neuropsychologist in the future. She plans to spend my time as an RBT making a positive impact and spreading awareness. She is dedicated to helping others and gaining as much knowledge as possible. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling!

    Swathi Patlori

    BS, MS, RBT

    Swathi is a Behavior Technician who earned her Master’s in Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India. With a passion for making a positive impact, she transitioned into the field of behavior analysis, where she works to improve the lives of clients and their families. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in ABA at Ball State University to expand her expertise. Swathi is committed to advancing her career and aims to achieve her BCBA certification in the future, further enhancing her ability to help those in need. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and tending to her garden.

    Allen Rosal

    RBT

    Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Allen is a driven and compassionate fourth-year student at The Ohio State University, where he’s double-majoring in Psychology and Biology. With a deep commitment to mental health, Allen plans to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and become a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner—channeling his education and empathy into meaningful clinical care. At Lotus, Allen is dedicated to empowering clients through personalized, compassionate support that meets each individual where they are. His approach is rooted in understanding, respect, and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference.

    Beyond his work and studies, Allen is a powerhouse of creativity—serving as the lead vocalist and choreographer for a nationally competitive a cappella group. When he’s not performing, he loves exploring new places and spending quality time with his friends and family.

    Annabel Gray

    RBT

    Growing up with a younger brother on the autism spectrum, ABA has always been a meaningful part of her life. When her brother was diagnosed at age five, doctors doubted his ability to communicate or function independently. Through years of dedication and support, he surpassed every expectation—now thriving in a full-time job and attending trade school. His journey inspired her passion for helping children on the spectrum reach their fullest potential. She is grateful to be part of the Lotus team, where she contributes to helping children and families make meaningful progress every day.

    Breanna Strain

    BA, RBT

    Breanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University College of Social Work. At Lotus, Breanna specializes in direct ABA therapy, data-driven goal setting, and adapting learning tools for early learners with ASD, driven by her passion for making behavioral health accessible and empowering clients through ethical, individualized care. We are thrilled to have Breanna on our team and excited for the knowledge, dedication, and compassion she brings to our clients and families. Outside of work, she enjoys bird watching, gardening, and crocheting—hobbies that reflect her love for observation, growth, and creativity.

    Ethan Crowley

    BS, RBT

    Ethan Crowley is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience, along with multiple minors, from John Carroll University. He is an aspiring physician who has been involved in numerous research projects focused on ASD, experiences that ultimately inspired him to pursue a position as an RBT. Through his research, Ethan gained substantial knowledge and had the opportunity to meet many remarkable families navigating ASD. He considers it an honor to now serve this community in a more clinically involved role while continuing to build on his research background. He values classic literature, music, art, and film, all of which fuel his curiosity and broaden his understanding of the world.

    Grace Fazekas

    RBT

    Grace is a Registered Behavior Technician from Powell, Ohio, who spent two years studying at Ohio University. She has experience working with children of all ages in both school and home settings, where she enjoys helping them develop new skills and reach their fullest potential. She is passionate about building meaningful, lasting connections with children and their families, and her long-term goal is to become a BCBA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing video games, reading, crocheting, and going on walks with her dogs.

    John Muhleman

    RBT

    John, a native of Cincinnati, OH, is a fourth-year Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience major at The Ohio State University. His passion for working with children with developmental disabilities began through his involvement with the RallyCap sports club, where he discovered the profound impact of mentorship and support. Alongside this, John has engaged in research in Dr. Glenn Lin’s lab, which focuses on Gulf War Illness. While these experiences were very rewarding, John sought a more direct clinical role to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Becoming an RBT has allowed him to do just that, providing meaningful support and fostering lasting change in the lives of others. John aspires to build on these experiences and continue to make a positive impact on the world as a future physician.

  • Peyton Connelly

    RBT

    Peyton is a Registered Behavior Technician from Cincinnati, Ohio. She is currently a student at The Ohio State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. From a young age, she has been passionate about helping others and advocating for mental health awareness and support. After completing her undergraduate studies, she plans to pursue a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology with the goal of working in a mental health counseling setting. She hopes to work with individuals experiencing various mental health struggles—empowering them with the tools and skills to improve their overall quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, exploring new places, rewatching her favorite shows, and listening to music!

  • Brian Jwa

    BT

    Brian Jwa is a medical student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and a research assistant with the Suicide and Trauma Reduction Initiative (STRIVE) in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. He completed his B.S. in Neuroscience with a concentration in Creative Writing at Washington University in St. Louis in 2021. At Lotus, he strives to be the best behavior technician he can be and to make a positive impact on the lives of children with Autism and their families. When he isn't studying, seeing patients in clinic, or laughing with his clients, he's rolling on the Jiu Jitsu mats or watching Buckeye football!
