Lotus Counseling & Psychological Services

Providing telehealth counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, and families across Ohio, with specialties in Autism, ADHD, and Neurodivergence.

Who We Help

Lotus CAPS provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy focused on creating meaningful and lasting change.

We integrate modern counseling approaches with behavioral science to help individuals and families build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and improve everyday functioning. Our services support children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a range of mental health concerns, with specialized experience in autism, ADHD, and behavioral health.

Why Lotus?

Many people seek therapy after feeling stuck - repeating patterns, struggling in their personal relationships, or trying to manage overwhelming emotions alone. Traditional therapy can sometimes feel abstract, while behavioral support alone may miss the emotional experience underneath.

Lotus Counseling & Psychological Services was created to bridge that gap.

Our approach integrates counseling and behavioral science to understand not just what is happening, but why it happens — and how to create lasting, sustainable change. We focus on helping clients build insight, emotional regulation, communication skills, and confidence in real-world situations.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, or life transitions, therapy becomes a collaborative process focused on growth, clarity, and meaningful progress.

A Different Kind of Therapy Experience

Behavioral Insight Meets Counseling
We integrate counseling approaches with behavioral science, helping clients move beyond insight into practical, everyday change.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
We support autistic and ADHD individuals through strength-based, respectful approaches that prioritize understanding over correction.

Collaborative & Family-Focused
Change rarely happens in isolation. When appropriate, we support caregivers and families to create lasting progress together.

Practical Strategies That Transfer to Real Life
Therapy should work outside the session. We focus on skills, communication tools, and strategies clients can immediately apply.

Warm, Collaborative Environment
We believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, understood, and actively involved in their growth.

Our Simple Process

Our practice was created to bridge the gap between behavioral science and counseling, offering practical, compassionate support for individuals and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

We understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and straightforward — so you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

1. Request a Consultation - A free 15-minute call to discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether our services are a good fit.

2. Begin Intake - During the first 1–2 sessions, we gather background information, clarify goals, and develop a shared understanding of your needs.

3. Begin Therapy - Together, we begin meaningful, evidence-based work focused on practical strategies, growth, and lasting change.

We currently offer private-pay services and are actively working toward accepting select insurance plans.
